INGREDIENTS:
- Bulbs of garlick
- Olive oil
- Good Bread
- Butter
- Honey
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190º–205ºC (375º–400ºF).
- Trim the top off of the garlic bulbs. (use the tip of the knife to take the tip off of each clove inside.)
- Place the garlic face up on a square of tinfoil. Drizzle with oil, then wrap completely in foil. Repeat with as many garlic bulbs as you like.
- Put each wrapped bulb onto a baking tray.
- Place the baking tray in the oven and leave for 30-50 minutes until soft and browned.
- Toast the bread. Then, apply butter and honey generously. Salt gently to taste.
- Lastly, squeeze the garlic onto the toast.

INGREDIENTS (6 servings):
- 1 young fowl, about 4 pounds (1.8 kg)
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons flout
- 1/2 cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut chicken into serving pieces, and salt.
- Lightly brown onions in fat.
- Blend half paprika.
- Add tomato juice and chicken.
- Simmer, covered, 1 hour or until tender.
- Remove chicken.
- Add remaining paprika to sauce.
- Add flour beaten into sour cream.
- Simmer, stirring, 5 minutes or until well blended.
- Put sauce through sieve, food mill, or blender.
- Heat chicken and puréed sauce together over low flame.
- Arrange chicken on warm platter.
- Pour half sauce over; pass the rest seperately in a sauceboat.
